Inspiring our learners is an important part of our goal, our curriculum and teaching methods have been structured in such a way that it provide consistent inspiration to our learners. Some of our learners come from difficult backgrounds with different forms of abuse, addictions and quite pitiful circumstances.
We recognize this and create a space for these learners to be cared for. This we are able to achieve through partnerships with mental health practitioners and social workers.

At SAMUFO, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in our programs. We recognize the unique cultural heritage of South Africa and aim to incorporate diverse musical traditions into our curriculum. Our programs are open to Individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or gender identity. Our programs are designed to provide the skills and knowledge needed to become proficient musicians, while also fostering creativity, self-confidence, and a love of music. We are grateful for the support of our donors, volunteers, and partners who help us fulfill our mission. With their help, we can continue to provide access to quality music education and inspire future generations of musicians and creative thinkers.
